DTS Barbell Strength will teach you to safely execute and coach barbell exercises including the conventional deadlift, trap bar deadlift, bench press, overhead press, front squat, and back squat.
The BEST part of this course is you will receive personal feedback on your lift technique for the deadlift, bench press, and squat via video submissions.
This course is the best of both worlds. Our cohort model has the flexibility of an online course, the accountability of a live course due to the video submission deadlines, and the use of video feedback creating an unmatched level of personal feedback for what you need to work on to improve your lifts.
