The Fascial Stretch Therapy Level 1 Certification workshop is a complete training in table-based Fascial Stretch Therapy (FST) manual techniques for the lower and upper body. 

Our prerequisite is that you must be thoroughly familiar with functional anatomy beyond simple academic knowledge. If that is not the case with you, then we require you to become basically familiar with fascial anatomy as described in the book (or Kindle) Anatomy Trains which can be purchased at Amazon.ca: Anatomy Trains 

Upon completion, you will be awarded a Level I Certification after attending all 5 days and 35 hours of instruction and completion of a written exam and workshop practical.

No.  Our courses are open to everyone and we welcome you to join us!

Yes. Regardless of your professional background and experience level, you are required to start at Level 1 before going on to Level 2 when taking our Fascial Stretch Therapy courses.

Some of our courses do have pre-course work to be completed prior to arrival. 

Any of our advanced courses require you to participate in the fundamentals course first.  Check the course description to be sure.

No you do not.  From time to time we may ask our students to bring a table if possible to our teaching locations outside of Toronto within Canada.  It is not required for you to bring a table to register for any Fascial Stretch Therapy course. However, we do suggest you have one immediately after you graduate to continue to master your skills.

Our Black Velcro Table Straps used for stabilization are available on Amazon for your convenience. 

Mobility bands and lacrosse balls are widely available, and can be purchased on Amazon or through fitness equipment stores. 

For our live courses, certificates of completion are issued upon successful completion of the course on the final day.

If you have lost your certificate and need a replacement, you can order a digital copy for $10 or a hard copy for $20 (plus applicable taxes).

Replacement certificates can take up to 2 weeks to process.   To order a replacement certificate please contact us and indicate:

Payment is due before certificates can be processed. 

Our online courses are courses that you complete on your own and at your own pace.

Our virtual courses are a mix of online learning coupled with live interaction in an online environment (via webinars) between your DTS instructors and your classmates.

Yes, you can still participate in the course without attending the webinars, as they will be recorded.

Unfortunately, without attending the webinars you will miss out on a valuable part of our virtual experience having live interaction with your classmates and instructors. However, we would still absolutely love to have you join us!  

No.  We expect you to be on course with us for the full course times so that don't miss any pertinent information.  Our workshops are full of important content and missing even 1 hour will jeopardize maximizing your full learning experience.

In order to effectively participate in the Striking Fundamentals course, you must bring:

 Boxing Gloves. You should have full hand boxing gloves that are an appropriate size for you. No Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) or bag gloves please.

Mexican Style Hand Wraps (slightly stretchy) and approximately 180” long.

If you would like us to teach at your location, please request a hosting requirement document to see if you meet the criteria.

We do offer payment plans on some of our courses, including DTS Level 1. Payment plans are listed on each course’s individual information page.

If you do not have a credit card, in special circumstances we will also accept an email money transfer upon approval.

Unfortunately we do not hold spots for our courses.  The only way to secure your registration to is register online.

We do offer a payment plan for our DTS Level 1 Certification and Stretch to Win Courses however for your convenience. 

We do not issue T2202A forms. Students have used their course receipts to claim their tuition as a business expense. We recommend you check with your accountant to ensure you are eligible to do this.

If for any reason we need to postpone or cancel a course date due to the COVID-19 Pandemic, we will offer you the option to transfer or another course date or opt for a full refund.

All live class registrations are non-refundable! No refunds will be issued for any live course, workshop or event so please be sure that you can attend the dates and location of the workshop before you complete your registration.

In special circumstances* only, a transfer can be applied if notification is received at least 2 weeks prior to the course date. Transfers in these special circumstances are valid for 1 year. Transfers are subject to a $25 transfer fee due upon transfer. All requests for transfers must be submitted by email to:  [email protected]

*Special Circumstances relate strictly to unforeseen circumstances and are approved at the discretion of DTS Fitness Education. Any cancellations of registrations within 2 weeks of the course date will be forfeited and not eligible for a transfer. Failure to attend a workshop will result in all remaining segments being denied to the registrant and all regular fees will not be refunded or transferable for future courses.
