We will ask for 4 video submissions of lifts, and you will receive feedback on each of them from an instructor.

 

SUBMISSION DUE DATES: 

- October 24th: Deadlift Submission

- November 7th: Overhead Press Submission

- November 21st: Bench Press Submission

- December 5th: Squat Submission

- Final Exam: December 12th
